Food Vendors

Food Vendor Booths are sold in street-facing lengths

  • All spaces are between10-15' deep

Book enough space for your setup—additional space will be charged on-site.

​

Requirements:

  • Provide tent, trailer and complete setup

  • Have a fire extinguisher and valid Food Handler Certification

Setup:

  • Friday, March 13, 8:00am–4:00pm

  • Saturday, March 14, 6:00–8:00am (food/service entry only)

Open for business:

  • Saturday, March 14, 8:00am

  • Friday, March 13, 5:00pm - 9:00pm (permission & fee associated)

Information Vendors

Informational Vendor Booths are sold in 10x10 plots

Book enough space for your setup—additional space will be charged on-site.

Requirements:

  • Share information only, no sales allowed

Setup:

  • Friday, March 13, 8:00am–4:00pm

  • Saturday, March 14, 6:00–8:00am 

Open for business:

  • Saturday, March 14, 8:00am

  • Friday, March 13, 5:00pm - 9:00pm (optional)

Retail Vendors

Retail Vendor Booths are sold:

  • In 10x10 plots in the park (grass)

  • In street-facing lengths for trailer vendors - spaces are approx 15' deep â€‹

The Clewiston Sugar Festival committee has right to refuse any application based upon committee approval
