Vendor Terms & Conditions

Food Vendors

  • 10’ x 20’ booth space for food vendors is 10’ of street-facing booth space, 20’ of depth. PLEASE BOOK ENOUGH SPACES TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR SETUP. Vendors will be charged on-site for any additional space needed.

  • Vendors must provide tent, & complete setup which is REQUIRED for all vendors

  • Vendor is required to have a fire extinguisher

  • Vendor is required to have a FOOD HANDLER CERTIFICATION

  • Vendor must be open for business Saturday, March 15, 2025, at 8:00am (2-day booths also must be open Friday, March 14, at 6:00pm)

  • Vendor is required to set up their own booth 12:00pm - 6:00pm Friday, March 14, 2025 

  • Vendor may ONLY bring in food and service times on Saturday the 15th from 6:00am - 8:00am

  • Vendor must email a photo of booth set-up to sugarfestfood@gmail.com by February 5, 2025

Information Vendors

  • 10’ x 10’ booth space for information vendors. PLEASE BOOK ENOUGH SPACES TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR SETUP.

  • Vendors will be charged on-site for any additional space needed.

  • 10x10 Tent Provided by Festival. Vendors must provide table, chairs, & complete setup

  • Vendor must be open for business Saturday, March 15, 2025, at 8:00am 

  • Vendor may set up their booth Saturday the 15th from 6:00am - 8:00am

  • Vendor must email a photo of booth set-up to sugarfestinfo@gmail.com by February 5, 2025

Retail Vendors

  • 10’ x 10’ booth space for retail vendors with a TENT. PLEASE BOOK ENOUGH SPACES TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR SETUP.

  • Vendors will be charged on-site for any additional space needed.

  • Vendors must provide tent & complete setup which is REQUIRED for all vendors

  • Vendor must be open for business Saturday, March 15, 2025 at 8:00am 

  • Vendor may set up their booth Saturday the 15th from 6:00am - 8:00am

  • Vendor must email a photo of booth set-up to sugarfestretail@gmail.com by February 5, 205

The Clewiston Sugar Festival committee has right to refuse any application based upon committee approval
