
Vendor Terms & Conditions
Food Vendors

10’ x 20’ booth space for food vendors is 10’ of street-facing booth space, 20’ of depth. PLEASE BOOK ENOUGH SPACES TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR SETUP. Vendors will be charged on-site for any additional space needed.

Vendors must provide tent, & complete setup which is REQUIRED for all vendors

Vendor is required to have a fire extinguisher

Vendor is required to have a FOOD HANDLER CERTIFICATION

Vendor must be open for business Saturday, March 15, 2025, at 8:00am (2-day booths also must be open Friday, March 14, at 6:00pm)

Vendor is required to set up their own booth 12:00pm - 6:00pm Friday, March 14, 2025

Vendor may ONLY bring in food and service times on Saturday the 15th from 6:00am - 8:00am

Vendor must email a photo of booth set-up to sugarfestfood@gmail.com by February 5, 2025
Information Vendors

Retail Vendors
