Our festival, including the concerts are free. No Tickets are required.

When set times are released they can be found on this page.(https://www.clewistonsugarfestival.com/home) FRIDAY Opener will go on around 6:00pm Headliner will go on around 7:00pm SATURDAY Opening Ceremonies take place at approx. 12 noon. Openers will go on shortly after opening ceremonies. Headliner will take the stage after 5pm and will finish their set by sundown.

The First Aide center is located to the north west of concert field in the splash pad area (Royal Palm Ave & Balboa St) and is staffed with paramedics. To be safe leading up to and during the festival: Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. Take a picture of your Driver’s License and keep on your phone for ID purposes.

Yes, we have professional , licensed vendor selling adult beverages in a few areas of the festival. Attendees are permitted to bring small personal coolers.

Tent City is located in the back of concert field. Tent City is the ONLY area attendees are permitted to erect a canopy. The 2026 Tent City spaces will be sold as a lottery. The opportunity to play costs $5.00 per “chance”. Tickets will be sold in-person ONLY at the Clewsiton Youth Center the following days/times: • Wednesday, March 4th 9:00am – 4:00pm • Thursday, March 5th 9:00am – 4:00pm • Friday, March 6th 9:00am – 12:00pm • Saturday, March 7th 10:00am - 12:00pm The lottery drawing ‘winners’ will be posted on the "tent city" page our website Tuesday, March 10, 2026.

We do not have ATM available on the premises, but all of our vendors accept credit cards and/or e-wallets.

Unfortunately, we do not sell meet & greet passes. Meet & greets are raffled off and given to high level sponsors.

Chairs may not be set up close to the stage, and holding spots is prohibited.) • Small camera with no detachable zoom lens or flash • Water and/or reusable water bottles, there are a few water fountains around the festival. • Prescription medicine: All prescription medicines must be in a marked bottle along with photo matching ID. • Baby Strollers with accompanied child • E-Cigs • Clear bags are encouraged. Yes, you may bring a SMALL personal cooler. Large coolers are not permitted.

Service dogs are welcome. We recommend you leave other pets at home.

Canopy's, tents, and large sun umbrellas are not permitted. The ONLY area we allow tents is in Tent City.(https://www.clewistonsugarfestival.com/tent-city)

Yes! lawn chairs are welcome in concert field. Our entertainment contracts ask that guests refrain from from placing chairs directly in front of the main stage.

Clear bags are encouraged. Hydration packs (i.e. camelbaks) that are 1.5L or smaller are welcome, and all other bags must be smaller than 18” x 8” x 14”. Medically necessary bags and diaper bags are also welcome. ALL PATRONS AND ALL BAGS ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH WHEN AT THE FESTIVAL. FREE PARKING A large free parking lot is located at the corner of 518 E Esperanza Ave, Clewiston, FL 33440 Free parking can also be found along the residential streets unless otherwise noted. PAID PARKING There are various independent small parking lots around the event. A large paid lot is located at Clewsiton Middle School (all profits from this lot will go to local athletics).
