By submitting payment vendor agrees:

  • Each booth space is 10 FEET OF STREET-FACING ‘REAL ESTATE’ (and 20 feet in depth).

    (see images to understand booth space configuration)

  • Tables, chairs and tents WILL NOT be provided

  • Vendors are responsible for loading, setting up and take down of your booth

  • Vendor booth MUST be open for business 8am Saturday, March 21, 2020

  • Vendors must set up their booth structure 12:00pm - 6:00pm Friday, March 20th and may bring in any additional items 6:00am - 8:00am on Saturday, March 21st

  • Vendor acceptance will be based on 'as needed for festival'

  • All vendors must have fire extinguisher + FOOD HANDLER CERTIFICATION

  • The Clewiston Sugar Festival committee has right to refuse any application based upon committee approval

  • No specific booth or location is guarenteed

  • Vendor must email a picture of their booth setup to by January 15, 2020
