By submitting payment vendor agrees:
Each booth space is 10 FEET OF STREET-FACING ‘REAL ESTATE’ (and 20 feet in depth).
(see images to understand booth space configuration)
Tables, chairs and tents WILL NOT be provided
Vendors are responsible for loading, setting up and take down of your booth
Vendor booth MUST be open for business 8am Saturday, March 21, 2020
Vendors must set up their booth structure 12:00pm - 6:00pm Friday, March 20th and may bring in any additional items 6:00am - 8:00am on Saturday, March 21st
Vendor acceptance will be based on 'as needed for festival'
All vendors must have fire extinguisher + FOOD HANDLER CERTIFICATION
The Clewiston Sugar Festival committee has right to refuse any application based upon committee approval
No specific booth or location is guarenteed
Vendor must email a picture of their booth setup to email@example.com by January 15, 2020
