This booth is $350. Upon check-out today you will pay ONLY the $25 NON-REFUNDABLE application fee. Once your application is reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the link to PayPal for the full $350 booth fee. There is a 30 day review period.

Thank you for your interest in The Clewiston Sugar festival 2018

APPLICATION DEADLINE: February 28, 2018

By filling out this application and submitting payment vendor agrees:

  • All vendors must have fire extinguisher/FOOD HANDLER CERTIFICATION
  • Tables, chairs and tents will not be provided
  • Vendors are responsible for loading, setting up and take down of your booth
  • Vendor booth MUST be open for business Friday at 5:00pm on March 16th 2018, and Saturday at 8:00am Saturday March 17th, 2018
  • Vendors are welcome to set up 12:00pm - 5:00pm Friday, March 16, 2018, and 6:00am - 8:00am on Saturday, March 17th, 2018
  • Vendor acceptance will be based on menu as needed for festival
  • The Clewiston Sugar Festival committee has right to refuse any application based upon committee approval
  • NO SPECIFIC BOOTH OR LOCATION IS GUARANTEED
